Los Altos & Valencia, California - August 29, 2006 - Precise Automation, a leading innovator in low-cost, high performance automation, and Pacific Technical Products, a leading provider of High Technology Motion Control and Automation Solutions, have entered into a distribution agreement. This agreement allows Pacific Technical Products to sell and support Precise Automation's products in Southern California. These products include PrecisePlace Robots, Guidance Motion Controllers and PreciseVision Software.
