Los Altos, California & Charlotte, North Carolina - November 14, 2006 - Precise Automation, a leading innovator of automation products that assist customers to automate with ease, and Livingston & Haven, a full line solutions provider in the motion control and fluid power industries, have entered into a distribution agreement. This agreement allows Livingston & Haven to sell and support Precise Automation's products in Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. These products include PrecisePlace robots, Guidance motion controllers and PreciseVision software.
