Description -

Easily calculate the semiconductor power losses of your 3-phase inverter. Created for the Android, the new PowerSim(TM) app from Powerex can be used to calculate power losses and temperature rises of Powerex power semiconductors in 2-level, 3-phase inverters, based on operating conditions provided by the user.

Headquartered in Youngwood, PA, Powerex is a leading supplier of discrete devices, modules and integrated high power semiconductor solutions.

Applications -

The program's main purpose is to aid in device selection and performance validation as well as provide a starting point for a system's thermal design.

The data and algorithms used may be subject to change without prior notice. The results of the application are not intended to match real world results with 100% accuracy, only to provide an estimated outcome.

The link to download this app is accessible via the Powerex homepage (www.pwrx.com) or by going directly to Google Play www.googleplay.com and searching for Powerex or PowerSim.

The iPhone version of this app is under development.
