Caribbean Resort Implements Property Management and Condo Accounting Systems
BOCA RATON, Fla. - Jan. 14, 2008 - Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading provider of innovative information technology and hospitality software solutions, announced today that Point Grace Resort, located on the island of Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands, has selected the Visual One Premiere Property Management System by Agilysys and the Visual One Condo Accounting module by Agilysys to enhance operations at the all-suite boutique property. The Visual One by Agilysys solutions are now used at 10 properties in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

The Visual One Premiere Property Management System is a flexible and reliable property management solution for hotels, resorts and conference centers ranging in size from nine rooms to 1,500 rooms. Operating under Microsoft Windows® NT with a Microsoft SQL® server database, the system uses the latest Microsoft products and enables Point Grace staff to build mailing lists, create charts and graphs and send reservation confirmations to guests.
The Visual One Condo Accounting module works with the Visual One Premiere Property Management System to enable the resort's condominium units to be reserved as hotel rooms. The module calculates expenses and revenue and provides a variety of monthly reports that allow Point Grace to oversee the financial positions of both the management company and condo owners. The module is ideal for properties that have a mix of condominium units and hotel rooms, allowing both to be part of the same reservation system.
