Entitled "Practical Ways to Improve your Competitiveness and Pursue Global Growth," Symonds' presentation "Shop Floor to Top Floor" explains how to manage process, usage, and waste in the manufacturing process. The seminar will showcase how to optimize technology investments, and increase flexibility to meet future challenges and dynamics.
