Rochester, MI - June 8, 2007-With the recent 90th birthday celebration of Harman Corporation's founder, Jack Harman, the family-owned plastics company celebrates 47 years of experience as a manufacturer and global supplier of dip molded flexible vinyl products. The Rochester-based company, now in its third generation of family ownership, specializes in standard and custom dip molded parts in a variety of colors and textures.

Manufacturing Products are manufactured on one of our 23 molding machines with material tank capacities from 50# to 1200# and part length capabilities from .250" to 24.000". From 1,000 to 10,000,000 pieces, our process equipment and tooling allows us to schedule orders in an efficient and timely manner.
Materials and Formulas In-house material compounding department produces economical base formulas that can be pigmented with any of our standard or custom color-matched pigments. These resources are coupled with a network of raw-material suppliers capable of matching critical material specifications, colors, and textures.
Samples Program Our dedicated sample and prototype equipment can manufacture production-grade samples and small production runs up to 12" long, produced with custom or standard tooling and any of our custom or standard material formulas and colors.
