Plastic Ingenuity, Inc. Acquires Assets of Vitalo de Mexico, Expanding Thermoforming Facilities in Mexico


Plastic Ingenuity, one of North America's leading custom plastic thermoformers, expands into additional thermoforming plant by acquiring assets of Vitalo de Mexico.

Plastic Ingenuity, Inc. recently announced that its affiliate, Plastic Ingenuity de Mexico, has purchased the assets of Vitalo
de Mexico in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leoìn, Mexico. The new acquisition will expand Plastic Ingenuity's total operations, now operating out of two facilities in the Monterrey, Mexico metropolitan area.

With this acquisition, Plastic Ingenuity de Mexico adds additional capacity and capabilities. Tom Kuehn, president of Plastic Ingenuity, comments that: "We believe this is a great strategic acquisition as it will help Plastic Ingenuity and Plastic Ingenuity de Mexico capitalize on the return of manufacturing business to North America from Asia, and will allow our companies to better serve our customers in all market segments."
