Plaskolite Acquires Pexco Extruded Sheet Business

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Plaskolite, Inc., the nation's largest manufacturer of continuously processed acrylic sheet products, has acquired the extruded sheet business of Pexco LLC.
Pexco, an Atlanta, GA.-based manufacturer of custom-extruded plastic products, is selling its Columbia, S.C. - based extruded sheet business to Columbus, OH-based Plaskolite. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"With this acquisition, we have reinforced our commitment to this goal with our customers, while building on our long-term investment in our American workforce and facilities."

"We will be able to leverage our state-of-the-art production assets by moving the Pexco sheet production to our Ohio (Columbus and Zanesville) and Mississippi (Olive Branch) facilities."
