November 14, 2006 - Munich, Germany - electronica 2006 - Booth # A2.107- PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, a global technology leader in digital imaging, specialty lighting and optical detection technologies, today announced that it will showcase its specialty sensor and LED products at electronica 2006, held at the New Munich Trade Fair Center from November 14-17, 2006 in Munich, Germany.

o IR Natural Gas Sensor - a live demonstration of the first dual channel, low-cost, NDIR, digitally calibrated natural gas sensor module. It offers superior performance over MOS and catalytic technologies and is fully EN 50 194 compliant.
o DigiPyro(TM) - a live demonstration of the world's first digital pyrodetector, a dual element pyroelectric infrared sensor for motion detection applications.
o TPMI(TM) thermopile module and multipixel sensors - live demonstration of non-contact temperature sensors with integrated optics and electronics, making them ideal for use in a variety of consumer, automotive and printer/copier applications.
