Penco Products, Inc. of Skippack, PA, and their Canadian subsidiary Penco Products Canada, Ltd., announce the acquisition of Steiner System and Steiner System Canada, headquartered in Naperville, IL. Penco has enjoyed extraordinary organic growth during the past few years and considers the acquisition of Steiner System a strategic move aimed at expanding their product offering. The acquisition is one of several made by Penco and their parent company IMC over the past year as part of a long-term strategic growth plan, which includes expansion overseas.

Steiner System offers a broad range of garment distribution lockers and washroom products. Their lockers are segmented into three major categories, which include full feature exchange lockers, towel and linen exchange lockers, and their Wesco line of employee lockers. The washroom products include a wide variety of soap dispensers, towel dispensers, and air freshening systems. Each line of lockers and hygiene products is designed to meet the needs of industrial, health, and food industry professionals.
Penco Products, Inc. manufactures a wide variety of storage and work area products including lockers, storage cabinets, industrial shelving, pallet rack and shop furniture, and is a member of the IMC Metal Fabrication group. The IMC Metal Fabrication Group is based in Skippack, Pennsylvania and includes Penco Storage Products, Schmidt Structural Products and All Star Bleachers. The group's manufacturing plants include 475,000 sq. ft. in Hamilton, NC; 375,000 sq. ft. in Salt Lake City, UT; and 50,000 sq. ft. in Lakeland, FL.
