Former Sprint VP brings value, expertise and thought leadership to drive global innovation

KANSAS CITY, MO - (April 26, 2007) - Handmark®, a global leader in mobile media, today announced the appointment of Paul Reddick, former Vice President of Partner Development and Product Innovation at Sprint Nextel, to serve on the Handmark board of directors. Reddick will join the Handmark board immediately.

During Reddick's 10-year term at Sprint Nextel, he held VP positions in Product, Business Development, Innovation, and Strategy. Reddick's keen grasp of the mobile entertainment market and his ability to forecast wireless trends has made him a sought after and respected global thought leader.

Reddick recently earned a spot on Mobile Entertainment's "50 most important people in mobile content" and a place on the board of the Mobile Entertainment Forum. Reddick has participated as a leading member of the Wireless Internet Caucus (CTIA).

Prior to joining Sprint Nextel, Reddick was with McKinsey and Company, Inc., where he led strategy development, new business launches, divestitures, and operational improvement initiatives for clients in multiple industries in both the U.S. and Europe. He earned an MBA from Stanford University.
