NEW YORK, March 21 - Panther Express (www.pantherexpress.net), the low cost content delivery network (CDN), announced today the launch of its new bandwidth throttling feature that limits the progressive download rate serving unviewed content. The new functionality offers publishers a solution for achieving greater efficiency in bandwidth costs and operation, while continuing to deliver high-performing content to users.
