Pacific Industrial Service Co.
1800 Railroad Ave.
St Helens, OR, 97051
USA

Press release date: July 26, 2012

St. Helens, Ore.- Pacific Industrial Service, for 16 years a leader in Valve and Actuator Service and Repair, is proud to announce it is now the official West Coast distributor for Reyco valves.

The new line of Reyco valves, a long-established brand of safety valves, adds to the already-sterling quality of Pacific Industrial's array of valves and gauges designed to suit any of its customer's needs. Randy Pennington, President of Reyco Valves, will be on site at Pacific Industrial on Aug. 24 to talk to customers about Reyco Valves.

Owner and founder Keith Forsythe and his 14 employees, with offices based in Oregon, have established themselves as a premier safety-valve testing and certifying business. "Our safety valves go with boilers, steam rooms, anything that needs to hold steam, air or liquid," Forsythe said. "Our goal is to help customers make a profit by being more productive, and at the same time we want to make a profit helping them." The only business in Oregon who is nationally board-certified to repair ASME safety valves, Pacific Industrial has in-house testing capabilities of up to 1,635 pounds, and 600 degrees (steam), and can test up to 10,000 pounds of air and liquid.

Its customers come from local pulp and paper mills, along with hospitals, colleges and prisons, with customers including Boise Cascade, Georgia Pacific and Cascade Pulp. Pacific Industrial, on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, also works with small businesses to suit all of their needs.

The company is also holding its 16th-anniversary Customer Appreciation Day and BBQ on August 24 on its five-acre site.

Starting at 10 a.m. and going until 4 p.m., there'll be a barbecue, raffles, and two classes open to the public on safety valves. One class will be on manual valves, while the other will focus on safety valves. Both classes are free.

"It's for people who are interested in learning about valves but really don't know anything about them right now," Forsythe said. "It's a good opportunity to talk to people in the community and let them know a little more about us."
