PTDA Welcomes New Members
Chicago, Ill.- The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) welcomed nine new members in the first half of 2011.
The association welcomed two new distributor members:
o NationSkander California Corp. dba VXB.com Bearings (Anaheim, Calif.), a distributor of bearings, linear motion products, mechanical power transmission and material handling components.
o Williams Distributing (Howell, Mich.), a distributor of mechanical power transmission products, motors, and electrical/electronic drives.
Three companies joined the association as manufacturer members:
o Bodine Electric Company (Northfield, Ill.), a manufacturer of motors and drives.
o Silverthin Bearing Group (Preston, Wash.), a roller bearing manufacturer.
o Technicor Inc. (Orangeville, Ont., Canada), a manufacturer of chains, sprockets and conveyor components.
One company has joined as an associate member:
o Profit2 (Overland Park, Kan.), a profit optimization service company.
Three educational institutions have joined as associate members:
o Moraine Park Technical College (Fond Du Lac, Wis.)
o San Bernardino Community College (San Bernardino, Calif.)
o Trident Technical College (Charleston, S.C.)
