ProSoft Technology is pleased to announce the release of two new PROFIBUS DP Communication modules for the CompactLogix(TM) platform. The PS69-DPM/S modules enable the CompactLogix platform to communicate via PROFIBUS DP V0/V1 and are programmable with our new PROSOFT.fdt (SYCON.net) configuration tool. The products support CIP backplane communication and are PNO-Certified. We positioned these products as a high quantity, lower cost solution compared to our existing MVI products.
The products will be sold through the existing Rockwell Automation® channel.
