PALO ALTO, Calif., April 10 // -- PGP Corporation, a global leader in enterprise data security and encryption solutions, today announced its new PGP(R) Global Partner Program. The company has unveiled a single, comprehensive global program to enable channel resellers and systems integrators to be more successful in servicing customers wanting PGP solutions.
Earlier this year, PGP Corporation created a partner advisory board to solicit feedback and conducted a third-party audit to ensure the resulting program aligned with partners' requirements. The Partner Program features three partner level designations: gold, silver, and bronze. It also provides partner investment and performance incentives, enhanced technical support, and certifications to accelerate partner expertise with PGP solutions.

PGP Global Partner Program Benefits
In addition to access to development software, general education, training and support, joint marketing opportunities, and product update information, members are eligible to participate in other programs to assist their selling efforts.
Sales and Technical Certifications
PGP Corporation has created training and development programs for partners to gain knowledge, training, and best practices to increase proficiency in selling, installing, and supporting PGP solutions. PGP partners have identified Professional Services as an area to expand their offerings to customers, and PGP certifications with accompany accreditations are designed to help differentiate partners' services.
Partner Incentive Funds
PGP Partner Incentive Funds (PIFs) are intended to reward performance and investment by supporting partners' business-building and revenue-generating activities. Unlike traditional funding programs that only contribute to traditional marketing and demand-generation activities, PIFs can be used to subsidize the competency courses, tests, and expenses associated with achieving the required PGP technical certifications as well as the cost of hiring of dedicated personnel for PGP-related sales and technical support functions.
Partner Technical Support
PGP Corporation has enhanced its PGP Technical Support programs for partners. All PGP partners already have access to Support; now, eligible partners will have direct access to a dedicated PGP Support team, and cases logged by partners via the PGP Support Portal will receive priority response during normal business hours.
