Barrington, NH, 03825

Press release date: January 11, 2013

PBS Plastics Incorporated, a Barrington, NH based provider of plastic extrusion and plastic fabrication has recently announced continuing initiatives to constantly improve upon the company's ability to provide plastic extrusion for businesses and institutions in a number of industries.

Established in 1992, PBS Plastics specializes in providing clients with precision manufactured plastic tubing, custom engineered plastic extrusions, plastic profiles, and more. In many cases, PBS Plastics provides these vital fabrications for market sectors like the medical industry.

As company president Andy Salach explains, "With the high level of precision and quality required by the industries we work with, we've had the perfect incentive to continue improving. Most recently, that's included overhauling our plastic extrusion processes with a focus on efficiency and quality control."

At PBS Plastics, recent improvements to the company's multi-line plastic extrusion operation enable the company to produce small and large plastic extrusions more effectively and efficiently. According to Salach, optimizations at the company's Barrington facility will also enhance the company's quality control systems. As the company has announced in the past, its ability to deliver a diverse range of plastic extrusions has continued to help it provide extruded plastic products and components in a variety of sizes and shapes. Among these extruded products, a primary focus for PBS Plastics remains the production of single and multi-lumen pipes and tubes.

Building on this focus, Salach says that recent additions to equipment and processes will help PBS Plastics stay efficient, competitive, and precise.

"We're growing and adapting. With the improvements we've made in the past and the overhauls we continue to make our goal is to stay in step with the industries we work with. That means competitively providing precision and close tolerances on a higher level." Alongside constantly improving levels of precision, speed, and efficiency, PBS Plastics' enhanced quality control processes ensure that quality remains paramount.

According to Salach, PBS Plastics works with a list of materials that continues to grow with ongoing equipment additions, including many of the advanced thermoplastics industries now require. Common materials used at the company's Barrington, NH facility include flexible and rigid PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, ABS, TPE's, and much more.
