PACOR, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Joe Posda to the position of Product Manager-Aerogels. A native of New Jersey and Rider University graduate, Mr. Posda joins PACOR after thirty years at Johns Manville. During his career at Johns Manville, he worked as a customer service representative, quality control supervisor and test lab manager, designer, and field service technician. He spent the last twenty years in various sales positions in Johns Manville's Insulation Group, representing many types of insulation from high temperature Min-K and ceramics to fiberglass blankets and boards.

In his new position, Mr. Posda will be responsible for developing new markets and applications for the company's revolutionary, new aerogel insulation products. With extensive experience in the appliance, OEM, government/military, aerospace, power generation, and chemical markets, he will work closely with design engineers to help them in designing new products and converting current products to this unique form of insulation. Mr. Posda will work with PACOR's OEM Division in Bordentown, NJ and its subsidiary, LIT Industries, Inc. in Gastonia, N.C.
