Showcasing a variety of sealers and bagging systems in Hall 08B and Booth G63 at INTERPACK 2011, May 12-18, 2011.
San Rafael, CA-PAC Machinery Group (PMG), a leading provider in the flexible packaging machinery industry, is proud to exhibit a selection of Clamco and DEM packaging systems and materials at INTERPACK 2011. The show will be held May 12-18, 2011 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Located in hall 08B and booth G63, PMG will offer a range of Clamco and DEM packaging systems that will be exhibited to show attendees. The following machinery will be included:
120 Combo Shrink System: The system combines the L-Bar sealer and shrink tunnel for packing, sealing, and shrinking products. Features heavy-duty seal bar with a single magnet hold-down to insure consistent pressure during the seal cycle.
Combo Junior: The Combo Junior provides many of the same high quality features of our larger combination shrink systems in a compact, tabletop design. These small machines are easy to operate and have an excellent shrink result. No tools are needed for a fast and easy setup.
DEM-4 Shrink System: This shrink system combines a heavy duty L-bar sealer and shrink tunnel for packing, sealing, and shrinking products. The DEM systems can be used with a wide range of films due to its precise temperature and speed controls.
DEM-6 L-Bar Sealer: The DEM seal system minimizes maintenance and eliminates the need for a hot knife seal bar with a unique seal wire temperature control system. The DEM is a heavy-duty 24/7 machine with unique microprocessor controls for consistent seals.
Magnum Vertical: The Magnum Vertical is the ultimate in reliability and ease of operation. The simplicity of the Magnum is the design, which allows the use of tube stock or Rollbags(TM) and eliminating the inconvenience of forming collars, back seaming, and the complex controls associated with traditional form/fill/seal systems
Rollbag(TM) 1075-S Bagging System: The Rollbag 1075-S is the most cost effective, high speed, automatic tabletop rollbag system available. The 1075-S is compact, lightweight, operator friendly and utilizes Rollbags(TM) (pre-opened bags-on-a-roll).
Rollbag(TM) 575B Bagging System: Open, fill, and seal any pre-made bag-on-a-roll with the 575B. This machine makes bag packaging quick and easy. The bag is manually filled, then separated from the roll stock, and sealed by an electronic foot switch operation, while the next bag is advanced into the fill position.
