Eugene signs 7-year SaaS agreement for Tyler's Incode® court case management solution
Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a contract with the city of Eugene, Ore., to implement Tyler's Incode® court case management solution under a 7-year software as a service (SaaS) agreement. Incode will help Eugene increase efficiencies and streamline the flow of digital information throughout the municipal court, with a low upfront investment. The agreement includes related professional services, training and support.
Eugene selected Tyler's Incode court case management solution because of its integrated offering for case management, content management and financial management. With more than 140,000 residents, Eugene is Oregon's second most populous city.
