Orchid Expands Leadership Roles for Matt Burba and Mark Burba; Names New General Managers


Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, a worldwide leader in contract design and manufacturing solutions for the orthopedic, dental and cardiovascular markets, recently announced organizational changes at Orchid.

Directly reporting to CEO Mike Miller are Mark Burba (Executive Vice President, Machining), Matt Burba (Executive Vice President, Implant Manufacturing), Jorge M. Ramos (Chief Financial Officer) and Joe Zuzula (Director of Sales and Marketing).

Matt Burba, who has held several roles with Orchid in the past, is overseeing Orchid's forging, coating and plastics divisions while Mark Burba, former Vice President of Orchid Unique, is overseeing Orchid's machining and design divisions.

"With Matt's involvement, I am confident that our coating companies will remain the gold standard in the industry and he will help guide Orchid MACDEE on its continued journey to success," Miller said. "And as Vice President of Orchid Unique, our largest division, Mark has distinguished himself as a great leader and he will help guide us to new heights in sales and profitability at our machining and design facilities."

Matt Burba's direct reports include newly appointed General Manager of Orchid MACDEE, Andrew Ferreri, and newly appointed General Manager of Orchid Stealth, Tom Wade, as well as Bob Naumann, General Manager for Orchid Bio-Coat, Jeff Wippel, General Manager for Orchid Coating and Tony Crivella, Senior Sales Manager for Orchid Coating.

Mark Burba's direct reports include newly appointed General Manager of Orchid Unique, Nathan Hendrix, and newly appointed General Manager of Orchid Anzon, Doug Hudson, as well as Steve Dragovich, General Manager for Orchid Keller, Steve Maguire, General Manager for Orchid Design and Andy Mead, General Manager of Orchid MPS.
