Joint venture permits international availability of open, integrated enabling financial applications and technology
GLASTONBURY, Conn., Jan. 23, 2008 - Open Solutions Inc.®, a leading provider of integrated enabling technologies for financial services providers across the world, announced an international reseller partnership agreement with Hildebrando, a leading Mexican IT corporation with a strong presence in Spain that provides software development, systems integration, business intelligence and outsourcing services.
Under the current terms of the agreement, Hildebrando will have the ability as a reseller to provide Open Solutions' products within Mexico, Central America and Caribe and will sublicense Open Solutions' relational enterprise data processing solutions and integrated ancillary products. Hildebrando will be responsible for implementing, customizing, localizing and supporting the products covered by this agreement.
