Olmsted Joins Board of Chicago Chapter of AFSMI

Michael Olmsted, Director of Global Services, Eclipse, Inc. has been named to the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chapter of the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI).
According to Karen Wilmot, President of the Chicago Chapter, "Mike's extensive background in field service and service management will serve him-and the Board-well in this assignment." AFSMI is a global, not-for-profit, professional association of executives and managers committed to service excellence.
