Ohio Gratings, Inc. Expands Another 36,000 Sq Ft. to Accommodate New Press Lock Grating Product Line
September 6, 2006 -- Ohio Gratings, Inc. expands their manufacturing center another 36,000 sq. ft. to accompany the manufacturing of their new Meiser Bartley Gratings (MBG) Press Lock bar grating. The manufacturing flexibility of this product allows MBG to produce a variation of spacing sizes. These spacing options allow for typical industrial openings for walkways in industrial plants, waste water and water treatment plants, mezzanine platforms and are ideal for hand cart and pallet jack rolling loads. Because of these unique spacing capabilities, the press lock product is also ideal for
many architectural applications such as building facades, fencing, sun screens, security barriers, handrail infill panels, plus ADA walkways or almost any other grating application. The new product is available in carbon, stainless steel and aluminum.
Ohio Gratings, Inc. headquarters and 160,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility are located at 5299 Southway St., SW, Canton, OH. They also have a second 15,000 sq. ft. facility in Ridgeland, SC that offers an array of grating products and services including a generous inventory of light duty steel grating and aluminum.
