HAWTHORNE, Calif. - OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of specialized electronic products for critical applications in the Security and Healthcare industries, today announced that its Healthcare division, Spacelabs Healthcare, has been awarded an approximate $2 million contract to provide its wide range of patient monitoring and connectivity, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia delivery solutions to healthcare facilities in the South American region. Spacelabs will provide its new XPREZZON(TM) patient monitors, renowned ICSG2 application suite, Genius and Focus anesthesia systems, and Sentinel Cardiology Management System - in addition to various Holter monitoring, ABP and stress test products.
