The OL 770 Test & Measurement System is being utilized by Atlas Material Testing in both their solar simulator classification services and I-V curve tracing services. Photovoltaic (PV) testing standards require the use of specific classes of solar simulators to determine performance measurements. With these services, Atlas is able to help companies in the solar industry substantiate product warranty and efficiency claims. The OL 770 is able to verify that Atlas's customers' test systems meet the standards that classify solar simulators for PV applications, measurements which should be a regular part of all simulator service and maintenance schedules.
