We are excited to announce the latest addition to our Okami(TM) family of industry-standard pad layout, non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) DC/DC converters. The OKL Series are 12V, 3A, iLGA(TM) SMT modules which provide an ideal alternative for discrete designs that require high density, high efficiency power solutions in a 12.2mm x 12.2 mm area.
What is iLGA(TM)?
An innovative LGA package design that allows easy access of all pin connections for inspection of LGA solder joints.
o iLGA(TM) technology allows easy inspection of all the signal pins
o Output current 3A
o Programmable output voltage from 0.591-5.5
o High efficiency up to 93%
o Wide input voltage range 4.5VDC to 14VDC
o Optional sequence/tracking feature (OKL2 models): under development
