Novatec has announced the signing of a new distribution channel partner for the regions of Malaysia, China and Taiwan. The electronic assembly process specialist responsible for numerous globally recognized inventions has appointed SIP Technology to represent them in those regions.
SIP Technology is a broad based international distributor of SMT and semiconductor production equipment with sales and services centers throughout Asia Pacific. They will provide sales and service for Novatec's VacuNest Memory Shape Tooling. VacuNest is a unique fast change method of securely fixturing bottom side populated PCB assemblies for printing, dispensing and placement that removes the risk of component damage from point source pressure.
Commenting on the appointment, Novatec co-founder and R&D Manager Clement Kaiser explained, "The popularity and success of the VacuNest product line throughout Europe has provided the foundation upon which to now expand into these important Asian markets.
