The world leader in protective films for industrial surfaces, Novacel will attend the 17th K 2007 International Plastics and Rubber Trade Show from Oct. 24 to 31 in Dusseldorf, Germany, in Hall 7, booth 7.2 G07. The company will exhibit its latest innovations in co-extruded films for protecting plastic surfaces.
Always seeking innovative and high performance solutions, Novacel has once again proven itself as one of the forerunners in the field of temporary surface protection with products such as:
Transparent films for foamed PVC sheets with satin or matte surface finishes. The fruit of very extensive development, Novacel 9042, 9084, and 9092 are based on polyolefins, which confer them with improved mechanical strength characteristics. These clear and colored transparent films are available in two thicknesses, depending on their application: 1.3 mil (33 µm) and 2 mil (50 µm). They are supplied in 9,800 ft. (3,000 m) reels, ensuring less frequent reel changes, and in widths up to 9.2 ft. (2.8 m).
Gloss and semi-matte plastic films for thermoformed door panels. Novacel 9040, 9048, and 9081 polyolefin-based films are available in two thicknesses: 2 mil (50 µm) and 3.1 mil (80 µm). They stand out due to their excellent thermoforming behavior and their easy-to-peel characteristics.
