Portland, Ore. - October 11, 2006 - Northwest Analytical Inc. (NWA) has joined the Rockwell Automation Encompass Partner Program. The NWA product line of SPC and manufacturing analytics software is now referenced in the Encompass Partner Program which is designed to identify, qualify and jointly market third-party manufactured products that complement the breadth of world-class products developed by Rockwell Automation.

NWA SPCx is a drop-in ActiveX component for HMI/SCADA systems that includes a version for RSView. SPCx connects directly to RSView data sources and external databases such as historians, providing configurable real-time SPC charting and status displays. NWA Quality Analyst is an off-line SPC charting and analysis package that provides comprehensive SPC charting, process capability analysis, and manufacturing analytics using data from any ODBC-compliant database. NWA Quality Analyst is the choice for both process management and continuous process improvement programs. NWA Quality Analyst Web Server provides web-based publishing for the full range of NWA Quality Analyst output, accessing data from any ODBC-compliant database and integrating with all web service technologies.

NWA will be exhibiting the NWA line of SPC and analytics software at the 2006 Automation Fair event, Oct. 25-26, 2006, Baltimore, Md.
