AP-1000 Plasma Treatment System
Concord, CA, USA - At this year's SEMICON China tradeshow Nordson MARCH will proudly showcase their innovative plasma technology and solutions - a result of more than 25 years of working with the world's most advanced manufacturers in the semiconductor packaging, microelectronics (MEMS) and LED industries.
Two of Nordson MARCH's top-selling units - the AP-1000 Batch Plasma System and the FlexFlexTRAK(TM) Plasma System - will be available for demonstration. Plasma application experts will be on-hand to discuss the many available treatment solutions, such as pre-flip chip underfill, pre-wire bonding, wafer cleaning, descum, encapsulation and molding. Nordson MARCH plasma systems are globally recognized for their high throughput rates and uniformity of treatment while maintaining a small equipment footprint and low cost of ownership. SEMICON China runs from March 20th through March 22nd at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Shanghai, China.
