Best choice for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) inspection

Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, UKá– Nordson DAGE, a division of Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ: NDSN), announces that it will exhibit its Ruby X-ray Inspection system in Booth #402 at the upcoming SMTA International Exhibition, 15th to 16th October 2013 at the Fort Worth Convention Center, Fort Worth, TX.

Featured at the show, the Nordson DAGE XD7600NT Ruby X-ray with X-Plane™ utilizes the latest technology to provide the best choice for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) X-ray imaging on the market today. The unique Nordson DAGE NT maintenance-free, sealed transmissive X-ray tube, providing 0.5 Ám feature recognition and up to 10 W of power, together with the 2 Mpixel XiDAT3 digital image detector makes the Ruby X-ray inspection system the best solution for the highest performance and highest magnification PCBA imaging tasks.

The revolutionary X-Plane™ option uses a proprietary, patent applied for, tomosynthesis or CT technique, to create 2D X-ray slices in any plane of a PCBA without the need to cut the board.
