Carlsbad, CA, USA - Nordson ASYMTEK, a leader in dispensing, coating, and jetting technologies, announces that it received both the Service Excellence Award (SEA) and the New Product Introduction (NPI) Award at IPC APEX 2013, San Diego, CA, on February 19, 2013. This is the 9th time in the 10 year history of the Service Excellence Awards that Nordson ASYMTEK has won. The NPI Award was presented to Nordson ASYMTEK for its new NexJet® System with its Genius™ Jet Cartridge.
Sponsored by Circuits Assembly magazine, the SEAs honor companies that excel in the crucial area of customer service. Companies are evaluated by their own customers on dependability, quality, responsiveness, technology, and value for price. Judging criteria for the NPI awards include innovation, cost effectiveness, environmental friendliness, ease-of-use, speed, throughput, design, and performance.
The award-winning NexJet® Jetting System has a one-piece Genius™ Jet Cartridge that is the only system part that contains fluid, and therefore the only piece that needs to be changed and cleaned. It is easily removed in seconds without tools. The NexJet System makes jetting faster, easier, and reduces cost-of-ownership by up to 20% over other jets.
