Carlsbad, CA, USA - Nordson ASYMTEK, a leader in dispensing, coating, and jetting technologies, introduces the new, patent-pending NexJet(TM) System to Japanese customers at the upcoming Jisso/Protec/JPCA tradeshow, Booth #4E-01. Central to the new jetting system is the Genius(TM) Jet Cartridge, an innovative, one-piece jet that is quickly and easily removed without tools for cleaning or replacement, and is a significant advancement to the next step in jetting technology. The Genius(TM) Jet Cartridge has built-in memory to store usage data like the number of cycles and cartridge type. Live demonstrations will be given at the Nordson ASYMTEK booth #4E-01, in the Tokyo Big Sight convention center, Tokyo, Japan, on June 13-15, 2012.
"Our company is driven by technology, innovation, and the goal of improving the processes of our customers. We are innovators, not emulators, and we are constantly developing new solutions that enable our customers to enhance their own products," stated Alec J. Babiarz, president, Nordson-ASYMTEK K.K. "We are pleased to offer this significant new product to our Japanese customers to improve their dispensing processes, increase product yield, and lower cost of ownership."
The NexJet System includes new precision software control of the jetting process, enabling successful results with both low- and high-viscosity fluids, and accommodates a broad range of fluids for applications such as flip chip underfill, chip scale package, ball grid array, package-on-package underfill, precise coating, and adhesive dispensing. Cost of ownership is up to 20% less than with other jets. Customers can learn more at www.advancedjetting.com and www.advancedjetting.com/jp.
In addition to the new jetting system, Nordson ASYMTEK will be exhibiting these other popular solutions and products at the event:
