Norbain Appoints New Divisional Director of Sales

Norbain has promoted Andy Coles to the position of divisional director of sales for the South of England, as of immediate effect.
"Andy has been with us for many years, and anyone who knows him knows he's a larger than life character, both in height and in personality," says Alun John, managing director of Norbain. "Over the years he's developed a deep understanding of our customers and the market. He brings with him both the enthusiasm and the skills to drive the Southern sales team forward."
Andy has been with Norbain for exactly 11 years, starting out as an internal sales engineer and then moving through the ranks to team leader and then internal sales manager before being promoted to divisional director of sales.
"I've seen a number of changes over the years," says Andy Coles. "The team has more than doubled in a single year. It's also great to see that we're still dealing with customers I was working with when I started and I think this is a great testament to our levels of service."
Looking to the future, Andy is keen to enhance the levels of service excellence for which Norbain is renown as well as looking for fresh ways to uncover new business opportunities in the South.
