Niles, Ohio - September 22, 2008 - Niles Expanded Metals & Plastics new Bender expanded metal line is now up and operational. Increasing demand and quality standards for their expanded metal product lines are the grounds for the decision to purchase another 10-foot expanded metal line, their fourth new line in six years.
The new line is a part of the company's long-term plan to increase capacity while adapting to quality requirements in the sheet fed product lines for service centers and high-value industrial and security applications. This new German manufactured line will process carbon steel, stainless and aluminum as well as nickel alloys, red metals, plastics and most other ductile materials with thicknesses from 0.02 inches to 0.31 inches.
In keeping with previous practices, the company has specified the new line be equipped with the most advanced technologies.
Niles Expanded Metals & Plastics, an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company manufactures & distributes a full line of expanded metal materials and accessories that include foils, gratings, edgings, complete fence systems and architectural patterns from most any type of ductile material.
