One of the innovations Nice-Pak has recently implemented is to install several KenBay RotoPac Industrial Waste Compactors in their waste stream to reduce the cost of disposing of waste bulk pre-moistened materials used for producing Pre-Moistened Wipes and other waste materials. The RotoPac uses rotary arm technology to continually remove air from the waste stream, reduce volume and significantly cut waste disposal costs. KenBay manufactures the RotoPac compactor in the US and has been distributing it worldwide for the past 15 years. The small footprint allows the compactor to sit inside near where the waste is produced saving time and labor getting it compacted. With the high compaction rate they are able to get up to 1,200 lbs of wet plastic into a 44" cube in a bag for convenient transport and reduced hauling costs. And it is easy to use.
Rotary Arm Compactors have the advantage of being able to continuously compact waste material utilizing 4,400 ft-lbs of torque at the compaction drum surface, making the RotoPac one of the most cost effective industrial waste solutions on the market today.
