Deal Combines Two Well Known and Respected Performance Materials Companies
Lincoln, RI (July 1, 2008) - Niantic Seal Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The INSCO Group, announced today the acquisition of Northeast Rubber Products, Inc., a leading distributor and fabricator of industrial rubber products. The new entity will operate as a going concern from its existing facility located in Framingham, MA, doing business as Northeast Rubber Products, a division of Niantic Seal, Inc. Both business units are included in INSCO's newly formed Performance Materials Group.
These two well known and respected New England companies have shared equal regional market presence in the high performance seal and industrial rubber products market for many years.
