GARDEN GROVE, CA - April 23, 2012 - OK International today announced the locations for its next two Advanced Package Rework and Repair seminars. The next seminar is scheduled to take place Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the DoubleTree by Hilton at LAX in El Segundo, CA. The following seminar is scheduled to take place Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Anaheim, CA.
See the new Metcal Scorpion Rework System in action in Los Angeles or Orange County. Attendees will learn the latest techniques used to rework and repair BGAs, QFNs and Micro SMDs. Additionally, the seminar will feature rework demonstrations with real-life applications learned from global experiences.
