Using Vortex Tube technology with extra muffling reduces noise to 64 dBA or less!!, the Silent X-Stream(TM) Frigid-X(TM) Panel Coolers by Nex Flow(TM) Air Products provide a simple and inexpensive solution to heat related problems in Industrial Control Enclosures and addresses the increasing concern about noise levels in the work environment. Now available with ELECTRONIC CONTROL for on-off control to conserve compressed air and to set the desired temperature in the control cabinet. EFFICIENT CONTROLLED CABINET COOLING!

Available in; NEMA 12 (IP 52), NEMA 3R (IP 14), and patented NEMA 4/4X (IP56) ratings. All ratings are Underwriters Laboratories Listed (ULC) and CE to meet US, Canadian Standards and International Standards. Cooling to 2900 BTU/Hr for single systems or 5800 BTU/hr for dual systems.

Vortex Tube technology creates extremely cold air from a small amount of compressed air which is used to cool the enclosure. The panel is cooled and purged with clean cold air and low Relative Humidity, Low noise levels, no moving parts, mounts in minutes. Electronic Thermostat Control allows you to set the desired internal temperature. Ideal for dirty environments and high ambient conditions and when personnel must work in close proximity of the air conditioned panels.
