Newark Appoints Patrick Milbourne Senior VP, Finance

CHICAGO-NOVEMBER 28, 2007 - Newark (www.newark.com), part of the global Premier Farnell Group, and a leading multi-channel, high-service electronics distributor supporting millions of engineers and purchasing professionals across the Americas, is pleased to announce that Patrick Milbourne has joined the company as Senior VP, Finance.
Mr. Milbourne brings 20+ years of experience to Newark from his long-term tenure at Motorola, most recently serving as VP & Director of Finance for a division of its cellular handset business across Asia, Latin and North America. In this position, he provided financial leadership for an organization responsible for engineering and product management.
Mr. Milbourne obtained his MBA from Northwestern University with concentrations in Finance, International Business and Managerial Economics, and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago.
