New Website Features for Dealers
Hannay Reels has recently enhanced the Dealers Only section of its website. These changes are designed to provide quick and up-to-the-minute answers to the most common queries:
o Complete order shipment status
o Carrier name, including tracking numbers
o Shipping charges (when prepaid)
o Expected ship dates on open orders
o Price lists
Look for even more functionality coming in 2008-all part of Hannay Reels' commitment to be the Reel Leader in customer service.
For those dealers who are unfamiliar with the login process, there is a link on the left-hand side of the Hannay homepage called "DEALER LOGIN". Click on this link and enter your all-numeric customer ID number. After that, you will have access to all of the features mentioned above. If you do not know your customer ID number, you can call customer service for that information at 1-877-GOREELS (467-3357).
