Press release date: February 5, 2008

WOOD DALE, Ill. (USA) - February 5, 2008 - Videojet Technologies Inc. has unveiled its new "Green Peace of Mind" logo, which is a visual representation to customers, partners, vendors and employees of Videojet's concern for and ability to assist in environmental initiatives. Those initiatives can achieve multiple benefits, such as more energy-efficient systems; inks with fewer or no volatile organic compounds (VOCs); reduced waste; and packaging reduction through direct marking. The new logo will be used on product labeling, as well as company literature, trade show properties, the corporate Web site and other promotional items.

"Green is increasingly on companies' minds and impacts all of us," says Scott Prochaska, Videojet product manager for fluids. "Companies are focused on ensuring the safety of their customers, employees and the environment, as well as complying with all appropriate regulations and industry guidelines. Videojet has always supported these efforts, but on a one-on-one basis. This logo, and its use, will help create awareness among Videojet customers and prospects of the commitment we have to support their green programs and efforts."
