Douglas' new mid-speed Slipstream(TM) LS Pinless Metering uses electronic motion controls and patented slipsheet technology to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
The Slipstream(TM) LS features tool-free changeovers in the metering section and fewer parts for less maintenance and faster changeovers resulting in higher overall operating efficiencies. Patented slipsheet technology eliminates damage to labels and products that can sometimes occur when using traditional pin metering technology, reducing costs. The Slipstream(TM) LS runs round, square, and bundled products, maximizing flexibility.
