New SRS-Series Thermoformer Literature From Brown Machine


Beaverton, MI - Brown Machine offers new literature featuring their SRS-Series Thermformers. The SRS models offer high speed inline forming with precise servo actuated rule/forged high die trimming for blister packs, medical trays, food packaging and other products. Independently controlled top and bottom platens offer fast, smooth, precise and repeatable linear motion of the form station and servo trim actuation provides exact repeatable trim positioning and force to help extend die life.

The new literature offers standard and safety features for the SRS-Series, as well as optional features that are available. A specification chart is also included which lists the four standard model sizes of the SRS-Series and offers details on each model, including maximum mold/trim sizes, trim actuation and tonnage, oven configurations, machine control, and estimated air and power usage.
