LMC Workholding now offers a new 28-page brochure featuring Neidlein face drivers and Neidlein live and dead centers. Product specifications are available for Neidlein face drivers type SB/FSB and type FFB, including information for mounting, tapered shank models, flange type models, drive pin selection, center pins and clamping pressure. Neidlein pipe drivers are also described in the new literature. Neidlein ultra live centers and dead centers are also featured. General product information, definitions and interchangeable insert models are provided, as well as specific dimensions for each center type.
Neidlein face drivers allow the entire O.D. of a workpiece to be machined in a single operation providing increased productivity, quality and cost efficiency while eliminating changeovers. Neidlein ultra live centers are suited for high thrust operations and guarantee accuracy of .00008" TIR. Neidlein dead centers are hardened to 60 Rockwell "C" for long life and guarantee accuracy of .00007" TIR.
