Tonawanda, NY - March 20, 2009: In an effort to continuously improve our customer service experience, Sherex Fastening Solutions is expanding its hours of operation. The new hours start on Monday March 23, 2009 and will be from 8:00am to 6:00pm eastern standard time, Monday through Friday. During these hours, Sherex customers will have access to live customer service and inside sales support.
"We are constantly looking for ways to improve our customer experience" said Tom Bello, Sales Manager for Sherex. "We asked our staff for ideas for improvement, and they came up with the concept of extending the hours. This is a great example of the dedication our staff has to customer service"
