Mentor, Ohio-The Management Team of W.S. Tyler is pleased to make the following announcements:

With direction from Walter Haver and Randy Bakeberg, we have begun a series of resource investments. The USA Media Group's "Eye to the Future" Program is dedicated to growing our technologies and business's into 2008 and beyond!

In January 2008, we added Todd Kalin to our Field Sales Team. Todd, a Kent State University graduate is building his career as a Field Sales Representative for Aggregate Products in the Midwest.

On July 21, 2008, Candace Blaker was named Interim Customer Service Supervisor. Candace, who joined W.S. Tyler in Mentor, Ohio two years ago, has done a remarkable job as our Export Sales Coordinator. She will now add to those duties by supervising the day-to-day Customer Service activities of our experienced, capable, and high energy Sales Service Team.

On August 1, 2008, Jeff Pope will assume the responsibilities of Manager, Particle Analysis and Industrial Screening. We are attempting to "mirror" the Product Department and Management style of parent company Haver & Boecker in Oelde, Germany. This position will be responsible for the overall growth and profitability of W.S. Tyler's Particle Analysis and Industrial Screening product lines. In addition, this position plans, organizes, and controls an assigned product line from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.

On August 1, 2008, Bill Conway will assume the position of Manager, Engineering Research & Development. Bill, an Engineering graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, will use his experience and skills to develop new products, and enhance and improve current products now manufactured in Mentor, OH and Salisbury, NC. In addition, Bill will be responsible for monitoring our manufacturing processes focusing on greater productivity and efficiencies.

The USA Media Group's "Eye to the Future" Program is about developing a more pro-active management style. As a price leader in our marketplace, continued success comes from anticipating customer demands and being prepared to exceed their expectations.

Thanks to everyone in advance for your support of Todd, Candace, Jeff, and Bill in their new positions and, of W.S. Tyler as we move forward with our "Eye to the Future".
