HID Corporation, has promoted Peter Stevens to director of operations for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region based in Haverhill, UK. "Peter has been an integral member of the team contributing to the success of HID Corporation Ltd. over the last few years," says David Sullivan, managing director for HID EMEA. "I am proud to work with Peter as he has shown incredible dedication, hard work, and commitment to HID."
Peter Stevens seems very satisfied as well when he comments the promotion. "I look forward to this new challenge as well as working alongside an excellent customer service-driven team. My initial focus will include the introduction of lean manufacture processes which I believe to be of critical importance to best serve our customers." he says. Stevens is responsible for HID EMEA customer service, as well as planning, manufacturing, purchasing, shipment and dispatch. He also works closely with the senior management team, strategically planning for the continued growth of HID EMEA operations to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded. Peter Stevens joined HID Corporation Ltd. in March 2001, and was instrumental in the company's relocation from the Anne of Cleaves House to Homefield Road in Haverhill.
