New Gum Removal Machines for Education Kill Bacteria
Daimer®'s KleenJet® Mega 1000CVGP uses a certified anti-germ technology to kill harmful microorganisms.
WOBURN, MA U.S.A. - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a globally-recognized name in educational cleaning systems, shipped its first KleenJet® Mega 1000CVGP anti-bacterial, chewing gum removal machines for schools and universities. In addition to eliminating chewing gum, the machines use the company's ATIS® certified anti-bacterial engineering to sanitize surfaces.
"The 1000CVGP gum removal unit is based on steam cleaner technology and is ideal for standard steam sanitizing applications in school healthcare facilities, bathrooms, and gyms," explained KleenJet® and www.daimer.com spokesman Matthew Baratta. "The machines make fast work of gum and include other efficiency features such as a wet/dry vac and simple hand controls for managing steam and detergent flow."
Germ Killing Gum Removal
The systems started with Daimer®'s 1000CVP sanitizing, vacuum steam cleaners. Daimer® then added the company's custom gum removal systems with a steel brush, high-temperature steam squeegee, and chemical gum wad solvent.
For germ killing, the 1000CVGP includes propriety ion-based components that killed nearly 100 percent of the germs, bacteria, and mold, in recent laboratory tests. The machine also includes HEPA filtering to remove allergens and dust mites during vacuuming.
The 1000CVGP gum removal machine has a 7 liter total water capacity, a 5 liter extraction chamber and a 3 liter detergent tank. The gum removal cleaning equipment can reach pressure levels of nearly 89 psi and temperatures approaching 320º Fahrenheit.
The gum removal machines come with more than 35 add-ons for floor and upholstery.
